Bathroom Ventilation - N&C Phlexicare

Bathroom ventilation helps to prevent build up of condensation which can lead to mould production, stale smells and poor air quality. N&C Phlexicare offer a variety of ventilation units for the effective extraction of water vapour. The extraction rate is the speed at which a fan can move air, the higher the rate of extraction the faster the room clears. Building Regulations stipulate that a bathroom extractor fan must extract at least 54m3/hr in a standard domestic bathroom.
